Alumni of the guild may hold a charter: 10% to 20% commission on every student they send, or the same value as credit toward their next program. Colleagues on the ward, friends in the cohort, family finishing a degree at forty — the road you have already walked becomes income that arrives whether you are working or asleep.
Two conditions. That is all.
No order quotas, no minimum volumes, no probation period.
Be an alumnus of the guild
You have completed a program with us — a course, a capstone, a practicum, a full degree's worth of terms. You have walked the road, so you can honestly recommend it. Only alumni may hold a charter.
Meet the regional criteria
Your region has its own criteria — the schools represented there, the fields in demand, the languages spoken. The keepers confirm you meet them when your petition arrives, usually the same week.
10% on your first chartered year, rising to 20% as the ledger grows. Paid on every program your students take, term after term.
Take the same value as credit toward your next program instead — many alumni fund a DNP or an MBA entirely from their charter.
Sealed and paid on the first of each month, discreetly, with a ledger you can read line by line. Initials only in every record.

Most affiliates earn considerably less, many earn nothing, and what any charter returns depends entirely on how many students it sends and which programs they enrol in. Nothing here is a promise of income.
